I have met Sister C. Jeanne Caldwell at Midwood Baptist Church in Charlotte, NC. where she was a faithful member. In spite of her frailty, she always greeted people with a charming smile – proving it time and again that she was not baptized in pickle juice! We will truly miss her disarming smile and uplifting counsel. May her family be comforted with the knowledge and reassurance that Jeanne went home to be with her Lord, and presently she is in the arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ, of whom she loved and worshipped. May her precious memories live in our hearts.

Ms. Caldwell was an awesome teacher and mentor. I had her for AP Biology and loved the class. I served as the president of the Junior Heart Board and was very active on the county board due to her. Anyone taught by her was truly blessed.

Ms. Caldwell was my AP Anatomy & Physiology teacher at North Gaston. We had great times in her class & one of the reasons I loved science so much. She was a super nice lady who also served as our Jr. Heart Board advisor. She will be dearly missed by all her Wildcat students.

I knew Jeanne for a short time but will be forever impacted by our conversations. Her passion and loyalty to her family, tenacious spirit, ease of navigating life's trials, and sense of humor will be imprinted in my memory. I will always regret that we didn't have more time together. Forever grateful for Jeanne!

Jeanne was my high school biology teacher in the 1966-67 school year. She helped me love biology and that love continued into undergraduate school. Our friendship continued over the years. I will miss keeping up with her. She was very special.
