Carolyn Sharpe

Carolyn was a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a long time resident of Graham, North Carolina where she raised her family and owned Moon's Fashion Shop for more than fifty years. She was an active member of First United Methodist Church of Graham. Carolyn was a loving wife and mother, a business woman, pianist, and singer. She brought grace and music to everyone around her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Sharpe. She is survived by her two children, Jenny Sharpe of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Tim Sharpe (Gidget) of Rock Hill, South Carolina, her grandchildren Rachel, Jacquelyn (Danny), Meghan (Creighton), Garrett, Madison, and great-grandson Jackson.

A memorial service to celebrate Carolyn's life will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, July 7th, at McEwen Funeral Home-Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28210. A graveside service for family will be held in Graham, North Carolina. In lieu of cards and flowers, memorials may be made to your local Alzheimer's Association or Hospice Care Center.
