I remember Celia from the old Rocky Mount Saddle Club days. She was always a fun person to be around! Celia was a valuable club member and participated in many of the activities. This photo depicts her & the late Janet Hamilton at a club Christmas party - December 12, 1981. I'm sure she will be missed by all those that knew & loved her.
