Mr. Briner is survived by his son, Charles Michael Briner Jr. (wife, Kelly); step-daughter, Sherry Ratliff (husband, Jay); step-sons, Steve Williams (wife, Tammy), and David Williams. He is also survived by six grandchildren. Mr. Briner was predeceased by his parents, and wife, Alice Briner.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2016, at 2pm in Forest Lawn West Cemetery; Forest Lawn West Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
