Cindy Rena Naylor Stegall

Cindy was born on December 14th, 1960 to the late Alice Wingard Naylor and Robert Naylor in Altoona, Pennsylvania. In high school, she was a majorette and a member of the student council. She attended Pennsylvania State University where she earned her Associate Degree.

Her great joys in life were spending time with her son, Matthew, and his family; daily phone calls with her best friend of over 40 years, Carol Klobetanz; and raising her beloved cat, Serenity, AKA “Reni.” She enjoyed reading, crime television series, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Penn State Nittany Lions. She was proud to have a peaceful home that was all her own in the last two years of her life.

Cindy is survived by her son, Matthew James Stegall (Kristen); sister-in-law, Sherri Stegall Miller (Ronnie); brother-in-law, Charles Wilson Stegall (Patsy); father-in-law, and Jimmy Farrell Stegall (Nancy).

She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Julia Funderburk Stegall.

Her family held a small, private service for close friends and family in her honor on February 10th, 2024.
