I'd like to give my condolences to the family of C.Richard Cox aka daddy to me. I was married into this family by Richard's son, Dennis. I was welcomed with love and acceptance. I was made a part of the family right away. To me this is a reflexion of a mother and fathers love of others. I didn't have the opportunity to know Dennis's mother or daddy but I was always greatful when I did get a chance to know them. Dennis's siblings were so gracious and welcoming to me. Again a reflection of their parents. I thanks God for the family I was married into. I couldn't have asked for any kinder, accepting & more gracious then the Cox family. I say Thank you & may God wrap his loving arms around you and comfort you at this time. Love & peace, Loretta Cox

I worked for Dick when he first came to Belk in 1985. I was probably the second person he hired after Deb. He taught me so much. He and Lorraine treated us like family although our accents amazed them at times.

May he rest in peace, Susan Jamison
