Born in Lake City, SC on January 4, 1952, a son of the late Royal and Deloris Jordan Cook, he had worked locally as a mechanic.
Survivors include a son, Clifford “Dwayne” Cook and his wife, Angelia of Richfield, NC; three grandchildren, Andrew Cook, Alden Cook and Addie Cook; and a sister, Judy Lynn Cook of Cheraw, SC.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three siblings, Roger Cook, Donald Cook and Dianne Oliver.
