She was born on November 24, 1972 in Ashland, KY and graduated from Paul Blazer High School. Not long after graduation, she relocated to Charlotte, NC where she earned her associates degree and began her career as a certified medical assistant.
Her passion for helping others, her love of family and friends, and sense of humor made her so special. Anyone that knew here will never forget her. She was truly one of a kind. She will be missed.
Cindy is survived by her two children: Bradley and Victoria Boone, husband, Scott Neill, mother Marsha Harnar, step father, Robert Harnar, sister, Angela Jobe, and her niece Leah and nephew Tyler Webb.
A funeral service is scheduled for 11am, Monday, September 29 at McEwin Funeral home in Charlotte. A viewing will be held directly following the service.
