Cindy was born March 11, 1959, in Bloomington, Indiana to David Leon Baker and the late Patricia McAlpine Baker.
Cindy met her husband Barry Spyker in Lima, Ohio while in high school. They were married on June 9, 1979, and went on to have 2 children, Meredith and Ian. The family moved to Charlotte, NC in 1981. She was a dedicated and loving mother, wife, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend. She also loved the Lord and was a member of the Central Church of God.
Cindy joins her mother Patricia Baker and brother Hugh Baker in Heaven. She is survived by her husband of nearly 46 years, Barry Spyker, her daughter Meredith and son Ian (Laura); 2 grandchildren Troy and Sarah; father and stepmother David and Judy Baker of Clover, SC; sister Kim (Lindsay) Orr of Ridgeway, SC; brother Patrick Baker of Charlotte, NC; and many nieces and nephews.
