David Allen Beachy Sr.
February 28, 1954 – November 29, 2012
David Allen Beachy, Sr., 58, passed away Thursday, November 29, 2012 at his home following an extended illness. David was born in Hartville, OH on February 28, 1954 to the late Joni E and Malinda Byler Beachy (Frye). David was the youngest of five children and worked for Alexander Truck Service for 25 years. Despite his grave illness, David eased the pain of his loved ones with his courage and humor. A beloved father, husband, brother, grandfather and uncle, he will be greatly missed.
His many extended family members and dear friends will miss him greatly.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 2:00PM, Sunday, December 2nd at his home.
David is survived by his wife, Jean Benton Beachy; three sons, David Beachy, Jr., of Mt. Pleasant, Matthew Beachy, of Charlotte, Jonathan Beachy, of Charlotte; a daughter, Jessie Beachy, of Concord; a grandson, Austin Beachy, of Charlotte; two brothers, Norman Beachy and wife Judy, of Middlebury, IN, Floyd Beachy, of Cochranton, PA; two sisters Mary Ellen Miller and husband Henry, of Cochranton, PA and Louise McClellan, of Honea Path, SC.
In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by a daughter, Jolene Rene Beachy and a step-father, Ben Frye.

I am so thankful to our heavenly Father that I was blessed to know you and David and to be there to witness his faith and baptism and to hear him pray in the hospital that day. I love you all and pray that God will bless our time together tomorrow at your home by "the lake."
