David Alan Bryson, age 68, passed away on February 2, 2019 due to complications from surgery. He was employed at Wells Fargo for the last 3-1/2 years and worked in IT/banking for 25 years. He was a native of Gastonia, NC and attended Hunter Huss High School. He also attended Belmont Abbey College and UNC-Charlotte.
David is survived by his wife Barbara Sykes Bryson, step-daughter Bonnie Porell of Mooresville; his son Scott Bryson, daughter-in-law Amanda Bryson and grandsons Riley Bryson and Jacob Millwood of Kings Mountain.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at 2pm at McEwen Funeral Service located at 5716 Monroe Road in Charlotte. The family will greet friends during a small reception immediately following the service.
