David is survived by his loving wife, Patty Rutledge Lyles; son Greg Lyles; stepson David McComb (Dana; grandchildren Tyler McComb, Jason McComb, Gavin Lyles; brother Michael Lyles; sister Judy Allison (David); Aunt Betty “Aunt B” Plank; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
David will always be remembered for his vision and craftsmanship remodeling many homes throughout Charlotte.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017 at McEwen Funeral Service, 5716 Monroe Road, Charlotte beginning at 11:00am.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice in his name.
