Mr. Bumgardner was born in Clarksburg, West Va. March 4, 1949 son of the late Keith and Carolyne Burnside Bumgardner. He was a retired truck driver.
Surviving are his wife, Janice, sons, Jamie, Nick and Donald and brothers, Rick and Steve.
