

She was born December 30, 1948 in Seneca Falls, N.Y., daughter of Ettore and Rena Bilia. She was the eldest of four sisters.
Donna was a graduate of Mynderse Academy and SUNY Cortland with a Bachelors in Education and studied abroad in Switzerland. After starting her career as a French teacher Donna moved into the business world in marketing and retired from Ambling Property Investments.
She loved her family and when she wasn’t spending time with them she was tending to her many plants and flowers which were her passion.
Donna is survived by her husband of 54 years, Rich Carnevale; sisters: Lee Ann (John) DeBottis, Cathy (Robert) Sandroni and Lisa (Samuel) Giacona; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her parents, Rena and Ettore Bilia; maternal grandparents, Josephine and Rafaelo Mellini; paternal grandparents, Ricordina and Luigi Bilia; uncles, John Mellini, Fred Mellini, Robert Cracknell, Louis Bilia and Joseph Giovannini; aunts, Rose Mellini, Beverly Mellini, Mary Mellini and Anna Bilia.
No calling hours will be held. Donna will be remembered at the 8:30 a.m. mass on Saturday, May 17th, 2025 at St. Patrick’s Church (97 W Bayard Street, Seneca Falls) for all who would like to attend.
