Doris Ann Henderson, 80, of Harrisburg, NC, passed away on March 27, 2017. The funeral service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at McEwen Funeral Service at Sharon Memorial Park. Visitation will be held prior to the ceremony at 10 am. Burial will follow the funeral at Sharon Memorial Park.
Doris was born in Charlotte, NC, on October 24, 1936 and lived in the area her entire life.
Doris is survived by her daughters, Andrala Lamb of Biltmore Forest, NC, and Dena Selvey of Harrisburg, NC. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Cameron Selvey, two grandsons, Jacob Selvey and Grayson Selvey, and her brother Ralph Harris of Charlotte, NC.
Doris is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Henderson, and her parents, Paul Harris and Eddie Harris.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Hospice & Palliative Charlotte Region Charlotte Region.
