I am so sorry to hear about Elaine's passing. She was a wonderful person. I'm glad her extended family was able to get in touch last Christmas, with a visit from Gerry, and cards and notes. She handled her illness so bravely. My son Matt also sends his condolences, and remembers most "aunt" Elaine's lovely smile.  I hope she and Chuck are arm in arm, and having a good laugh.  Rest in peace. Elaine.

So very sorry to hear of Elaine's passing.  We had been neighbors in Ballantrae for 18 years and always had fond memories of our BBQs and just getting together.  I'm glad I got to speak with her the past couple of months and will miss her upbeat personality.  Carol and the rest of the family my thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was married to Elaine's sister-in-law ,Pam. Fond memories of family gatherings and finding good new restaurants. Elaine was always smiling, and was always the first to lend a helping hand. Rest in peace, lovely lady.

Elaine is my Sister-In-Law. I was unaware of her passing until I received a phone call from my Brother-In-Law today. 

I saw her just prior to last Christmas. I spent about 3 hours with her and we laughed out
loud for most of those hours, recounting old times. She had been dealt a tough break with her illness but it did not seem to bother her one bit.  Although we did not see as much of each other since the passing of my brother, she was deeply loved and I am both saddened and relieved to hear of her passing. I am saddened in that she is no longer of this earth and I will never hear her laugh again. I am also relieved in that she has been released from her situation and is in God’s loving hands. 

Beside her sister Carol, Elaine is survived by myself, my wife and her sister-in-law, Peggy Pearce and her two nephews,  Brendan and Christopher Pearce as well as her niece Catherine Pearce. 



Elaine was my sister in law and was the sweetest, kindest person in this world.  She always had a good word for everyone.  I am so glad my husband, brother to Elaine’s deceased husband, got to visit with Elaine before Christmas.  
Elaine had the very best laugh and her voice filled us with cheer.  I am so sorry this difficult time we live in prevented any possibility of travel as she was laid to rest.  Surely God in his mercy has welcomed Elaine home and she is by His side.  Heaven has a true angel.  Rest In Peace Elaine.  

I met Elaine  through NFC.  We would go on Saturday evening to Mass at St. Matthews.  After Mass there were 4 of us that would go out for dinner.  Elaine never cared were she went as long as she could have steak.  She was so kind and loving.  Spent time with her at Hilton Head also.  Such a joy to be with.  I miss your smiling face my dear.  

I met Elaine through New Friends but we bonded with our extended Trivia group, " Shady Ladies !"  We shared rides on alternate weeks, chatting all the way to Big Bens.
 Elaine was the nicest, most welcoming, loving person I have ever met.  She always found the good in everyone.
I'll always remember all the fun we had on many bus trips and adventures.  
We all miss her, but we rejoice in the fact that she is finally resting in peace and love.

I met Elaine on an Alaskan Cruise through St Matthew’s Catholic 
Church, several years ago.  She was delighted to be around , full of love🥰  
Since that time I shared many happy moments with her and others.
However, not so in the last 3 yrs. 😔
There was not a day go by that I didn’t mention her name in my prayers.  She is now resting in the ever lasting glory of Heaven with
her beloved husband, family. and friends.

I remember when we went on a cruise together to Budapest and Prague. We all had a wonderful time!

I met Elaine through Kris Sheehan when Elaine and I were paired together to sell ice cream from a cart at the Quail Hollow Golf Tournament.  I was with her all day and we hit it off immediately!  We had a wonderful day together--talking and getting to know each other--and not selling much ice cream.  She was so sweet and kind and such a gentle soul. She will be greatly missed.  Blessings and love to her family and friends...


I never knew Elaine well, only through NFC luncheons and birthday  parties, until she lost her limbs. We then had a commonality and for  the past 2 years I’ve tried to visit with her every weekend. I always left there feeling cheered by her.  What fun conversations we had - chocolate, good looking guys, cooking shows, etc., etc.  She was a sweetheart!  Elaine’s epitaph should read: 
                     “She Never Complained”

I met Elaine in January 1999 when I went to work at the Mint Museum on Randolph Road.  She was so nice and welcoming.  Elaine became a dear friend; one who taught me to love doing crossword puzzles and became the only woman I knew who carried a purse larger than mine!  Elaine,  May you always be in Chuck’s arms, loving each other. 


She was one of the sweetest and kindest person you would ever meet.  Remember having many NFC activities with her and her warm smile. My condolences to her sister and entire family at this sad time. 💕🙏🏻

My deepest sympathy to Elaine’s sister...Elaine was a ray of sunshine in everyone’s day!  May she rest in peace❤️

Ireland is such a lovely country.  I have been there twice and both times had the pleasure of traveling with an even lovelier person, Elaine.  I will never forget walking through the streets of Dublin and shopping with Elaine.  She was an awesome shopper. 

 We, also, went to a beautiful church that had holy water in fonts surrounding it.  She came back on the tour bus with her sample of water and blessed us all.  She was that kind of person. 

 I always looked forward to the next adventure that I would have with her.  Sadly, for us all, there will be no more.  I will miss her tremendously.
