Con profundo dolor, pero también con gratitud a Dios, anunciamos la partida de nuestro amado padre, Eligio Márquez García.

En julio de 2019, nuestro padre sufrió un derrame cerebral severo. Los médicos no le daban esperanza de vida; sin embargo, en Su infinita misericordia, Dios nos regaló 7 años y 7 días más para amarlo, cuidarlo, aprender de él y disfrutar de su compañía.

Durante ese tiempo, pudimos ver una vez más su inmenso amor por Dios y por toda su familia. Fue un hombre gentil, agradecido, y sabio cuya vida dejó una huella profunda en todos los que tuvimos el privilegio de conocerlo.

Hoy terminó su carrera y ha peleado la buena batalla de la fe. Aunque nuestros corazones sienten el dolor de su partida, nos consuela la certeza de que ahora descansa en la presencia de su Señor y Salvador.

"He peleado la buena batalla, he acabado la carrera, he guardado la fe." — 2 Timoteo 4:7

Gracias por sus oraciones, por su amor y por acompañarnos durante este proceso. Les pedimos que continúen orando por nuestra familia para que Dios nos fortalezca y nos conceda paz.

With deep sadness, but also with gratitude to God, we announce the passing of our beloved father, Eligio Márquez García.

In July 2019, our father suffered a severe stroke. The doctors did not expect him to survive, yet in His mercy, God blessed us with 7 more years and 7 exact days to love him, care for him, learn from him, and enjoy his presence.

During those years, he continued to show us his unwavering love for God and for his family. He was a gentle, grateful, wise, and faithful man whose life touched many people.

Today, he has finished his race and has fought the good fight of faith. While our hearts grieve his absence, we rejoice knowing that he is now resting in the presence of the Lord he loved and served.

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." — 2 Timothy 4:7

Thank you for your prayers, love, and support throughout this journey. We kindly ask that you continue to keep our family in your prayers during this time.
