Ellavieve Boney Lawson, age 94 of Charlotte passed away November 12, 201 in Raleigh NC. Funeral services will be at 2:00PM Saturday, November 15th at Freedom Presbyterian Church, Reverend Gene Craven officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00PM at the church. Interment will be in Forest Lawn West Cemetery. Mrs. Lawson was born in Raleigh, NC March 25, 1920 daughter of the late Eugene Douglas and Daisy Ferguson Boney. She was a member of Freedom Presbyterian Church, a graduate of Sacred Heart Catholic School and attended Hardbarger Business School all of Raleigh. She was a retired Private School secretary and also for several trucking lines and also enjoyed bowling. Surviving are her three children, Charlotte Ann Boney, Rickey L. Boney and Alton C. Boney, Jr. all of Raleigh, NC, six grandchildren and three great-greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Alton C. Boney and Eugene D. Boney.
