Clay and i worked together for years, both at S1 and ACI. Such a fabulous person. Huge heart. ALWAYS willing to help. He loved his family and spoke of them often. 
He also loved when i brought him baked spaghetti, one of his favorites. He was loved and will be missed. 

I had the privilege to work with Clay and become friends with him.  
He was extremely kind, thoughtful, helpful and went above and beyond to help anyone who had a question for him. He was our in house expert with Jira, and he was extremely patient and generous with his knowledge when mentoring new team members.
He cared for his family deeply and always spoke fondly of them.
Rest In Peace Clay- you will be missed.

I met Clay when I had already quit school and he was going to Albemarle Road Junior High with my brother 

Clay was a big advocate of the 80s Charlotte NC music scene and his roots were buried behind dedication and his lust for great original music from that time.

He was also a big sports enthusiast and I have fond memories of me and him playing basketball on the blacktop down the street from the studio. If you were part of that era you knew that you were participating in something that would be etched in time forever. I will miss you my friend and you will always and forever have a special place in my heart 

Clay helped to get so much done, with a very positive attitude. The man and his contribution will be missed. May he rest in peace.

It is very sad, I had close association with Clay from past 8 years at work, he is such a nice person, I still can't digest the news of his loss. It is so painful. 
My deepest condolences to the family members. May his soul rest in peace.

Clay will be dearly missed, I have known, worked with, and considered Clay a friend for 15 years and his passing was quite a shock, especially being so young. 

His jovial laugh each time we talked, and chuckling at almost all situations both good and bad, are some of the fondest memories I will cherish.

My thoughts go out to his family, friends and co-workers that his life has touched in so many different ways.

Always helpful with whatever needed to be done ! So soft spoken and knowledgeable. Clay will be missed !!

I haven't worked closely with Clay over the years, but my interactions with him were always professional and enjoyable.  He was extremely knowledgeable and one could tell that he cared very much for helping others.   I will keep him and his family in my prayers.
