Words cannot express the sorrow I feel knowing we will no longer hear your laughter or positive wisdom. You were like a father to me, always caring, kind and compassionate towards anyone in need.

Thank you for welcoming me into your family like a beloved daughter. You will live in my heart forever, and I look forward to the day to be reunited with you when Jesus comes again where there will be no more pain, sorrow or tears.

My sincere condolences Mariana and family.

Love you,

We will miss you so much... you will live forever in our hearts. You made a difference in the lives of all who knew you ...even if just for a brief moment.
Our world was better because you were in it; our lives are forever blessed because we were lucky enough to be a part of yours. You will be forever cherished in our hearts and minds - never to be forgotten. Rest In Peace - my dear brother. Forty

Dear Mariana and family,
I am very sorry for your loss of Evelio; he was a kind and gentle man. As you know, I worked with him (and you) for many years at IFF. I am sure that your girls and their children will be a great comfort to you now. You used to tell us the story of your "dating" Evelio at the library in New York. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers; may you be comforted by the love and presence of your NC friends and neighbors.

My sincere condolences to the family at this difficult time. May you find comfort in the promise that soon death will be no more... and never again will we have to bury our love ones again. (Rev.12:3,4)

Evelio was a special person who we loved to talk to at 7:30am Mass at St Thomas. He always greeted you with a smile and kind words and will forever be remembered for his love of the Church and the way he carried the love of God in everyone he met. He will be missed and we will keep the family in our prayers.
