A native of Bandy, VA, Mrs. Holt was born to the late Elmer T. Lambert and Mildred Simpson Lambert on January 23, 1934. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Lee Holt in 2004. Mrs. Holt is also preceded in death by two daughters, Dreama Scarborough and Billie Bradshaw.
Mrs. Holt is survived by two daughters, Mildred Ellis, Kelly Cooper; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
