

Frances Ann Williams Flowe, fell asleep in death on May 16, 2025 at the age of 82 with her loved ones by her side. Frances was born March 18, 1943. She was preceded in death by her mother, Flora Adams; father, Elliot Morrow; her son, Travis James Flowe and her brother, Peter Williams.
Frances, better known as "Baby Ann," attended West Charlotte High School, graduating in 1961. In her secular field of work, she worked as a beautician, CNA at Charlotte Memorial Hospital, home nurse caretaker, house cleaner and a homemaker. She was afforded the opportunity to be on the first black float, the LaSalle Beautyette in the Carousel Parade.
Frances was a great cook and baker. She loved to invite friends over to have a good meal. She alongside her husband, would also host Bible studies in their home for many years. She dedicated her life as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on January 6, 1974. Frances was an auxiliary pioneer off and on for many years along with her husband and many other friends. She also assisted in the building of Kingdom Halls. She aided several others and was a faithful servant of Jehovah for over 50 years.
She is cherished and honored her loving husband of 61 years, Jimmy Flowe; her three sons, Kevin A. Flowe, Philippian Flowe (Crystal) and Eric Ray Flowe; four grandchildren, Philippian Flowe Jr., Erica, Dawnquita Wilson and Emmanuel Flowe; two brothers, Michael Morrow and James Morrow; along with a host of nieces, nephews and loving friends.
The family wishes to express our thanks to the Redwood nursing staff and the many caretakers who cared for Frances. We also would like to thank our friends for giving us loving support along with McEwen Funerals & Cremations at Forest Lawn West. May Jehovah Bless all of the prayers and loving kindness.
A memorial service for Frances will be held at 1:30 PM, Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1513 Statesville Avenue, Charlotte, NC. Condolences may be submitted at www.forestlawnwest.com.
