From the time I first met you and Tim and both of you encouraged me to take over the medical fund after my dad had passed you always gave me your help and guidance to help others. You were a great friend and supporter of others and for that I thank you. Now, rest easy with Tim until we meet again...

IN TIMES LIKE THESE ONE REALIZES THAT WHEN SOMEONE HAS BEEN A SIGNIFICANT AND SPECIAL PART OF YOUR LIFE FROM CHILDHOOD THROUGH ADULTHOOD AND GOD TAKES THEM HOME, YOU HAVE REALLY LOSS ANOTHER MOTHER. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE BEEN EMBRACED BY MRS FLOCKS LOVE , GENEROSITY, GUIDANCE ETC. "WHO COULD FIND A MORE VIRTEOUS WOMAN" ? NOT ONLY WERE HER CHILDREN BLESSED , BUT THEY BLESSED HER BEYOND WHAT WORDS CAN CONVEY. I KNOW BECAUSE HER WORDS OF PRAISE FOR THEM RING IN MY EARS AND IN MY HEART. MRS FLOCK WAS IN HER LAST FEW MONTHS IN THIS LIFE , YET ENSURED I RECIEVED A BIRTHDAY CARD SEVERAL WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME. THE LAST TIME SHE MADE ME POUND CAKE , SHE DID NOT DO ME ONE , INSTEAD TWO AND A HALF. SHE SAID SHE MIGHT NOT FEEL LIKE MAKING ANYMORE SO FOR ME TO CUT THEM IN THIN SLICES AND FREEZE THEM TO ENJOY WHEN NEEDED. JOY BEING A CHIP OFF THE OLD BLOCK , ALSO HAS SEEN ME STRAIGHT......QUIETLY INCREDIBLE......SO , I BELIEVE I HAVE ANOTHER MOTHER RACING AROUND IN HEAVEN REUNITING WITH HER CHECKERED FLAG LOVE ONES AND FRIENDS. MY LOVE AND PRAYERS TO THE BELOVED FLOCK FAMILY. THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR PRECIOUS MOTHER. LORD KNOWS NY HEART IS BROKEN , HOWEVER I WILL HUMBLY TRY TO CONTINUE FOLLOWING THE INTIMATE ADVICE YOU BLESSED ME WITH. I DO NOT HAVE YOUR BLOODLINE , NEVER THE LESS I STILL HAVE YOUR LOVE......I MISS YOU ALREADY......

From the moment I met you , you held a special place in my heart. You are a beautiful, spunky, classy, funny lady with a enormous heart. Through everything you were dealing with medically you always had a smile on your face. You taught me about true strength. I will never have another bite of pound cake without thinking of you and smiling. You are a inspiration to me and I love you dearly. God Bless you and your family always. Soar with the angels may you Rest In Peace my sweet friend.

I was so saddened to learn of the passing of Mrs. Flock. I was privileged to meet her and get to know her at numerous racing festivals and events over the years. She was a very gracious lady and my heart goes out to her family. Thank you Frances for giving so much of yourself to others and a few minutes to me. Rest In Peace, dear lady.

Frances was a gracious, generous and kind lady and I am so glad I got to know her and Tim when Tim was racing with my Dad. Frances always had a smile for everyone and worked tirelessly to raise funds for the Old Timer's Racing Club Medical Fund. She was a big part of our racing family and will be missed by all who knew her. She had great pride in her family and spoke of them with love in her voice. Sheila and I were honored to be her friend and our hearts are broken that we have lost such a treasure.

Frances was a wonderful woman and friend, whom I will miss tremendously! Our conversations and interviews were always energizing and insightful. I learned a great deal from her about life and the special love she and her husband, Tim, had for one another through some difficult times. Her wisdom will always be with me.
