Frank attended Tech High Schools in Charlotte, NC. He became a commercial printer and later went to trade school and got his electrical contractor and builders license and opened his business North South Electric in Charlotte doing commercial and residential work.
Frank is preceded in death by his wife Julie Williams in 2013. Frank is survived by his daughter Kimberly (Kim) Williams Ponce; daughters Jennifer Lynn Ponce and Carmen Ponce Wood; sisters Geraldin (Gerry) Daris, Peggy McManus and Selena Poplin; great grandchildren Blake Ponce and Maddi Nicholson; stepdaughters Kristi Malcolm and Jennifer McDonald.
Franks hobbies and free time consisted of watching Nascar, bowling and Carolina basketball.
A Graveside service will be held at Sharon Memorial Park, 5716 Monroe Road, Charlotte on Friday, June 5, 2026, beginning at 3pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Via Health Care Partners, 7845 Little Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28226 in his memory.
Arrangements are under the care of McEwen Funeral Service Charlotte Chapel.
