We were so sorry to find out about Gracie's passing. I will forever have memories of choir with Gracie at Calvary Bapt. The choir parties my mom & dad had in our home and the great fellowship I was able to be a part of as a youth, will always be with me. The love of music,we shared as friends and as a choir can't compare to the choir she's singing in now !!! Love & Memories, Candy & Buddy Pigg (Monroe,NC)

Gracie and I were choir members at Calvary Baptist for many years and loved to serve on the social committee and plan parties for them. One of the most memorable was a Luau at my house and Pastor Stone brought Betty and introduced her to us for the first time. They later married and their two families merged into a wonderful relationship. I miss Gracie and Clyde a lot.

I pray for the remaining members of the family that God will help ease this loss for them.

Love you. Jeanette Rhyne, Charlotte, NC

Mrs. Gracie and I have been friends since my first visit to Meck Health Care. We shared a love of family, good books, and chocolate. I will miss sharing special treats with her. I visited her last Tuesday morning for a while. I hope she knew I was there. My prayers are with all her family.

It was a pleasure to know Mrs. Grace. She had such a sense of humor and made me laugh. I always told her that she and Ms. Lula had a way of making me feel better when I would visit them at Meck Health Care. She shared her fondest travel memories with me and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the excitement on her face. Mrs. Grace was a kind person and I will miss spending time with her. If ever I was having a tough day, she had a way with words that would uplift my spirits. Mrs. Grace, I just hope I was able to give back to you what you gave to me. To the family, Heaven has another Angel on their side. Monica (Volunteer)
