Born August 3, 1926 in Mecklenburg County, NC, he was a son of the late John Tillman Ingram and Blanche Helm Ingram.
Harvey was a retired HVAC service technician. He was a member of Harbor Baptist Church where he was involved in the music ministry.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy Ingram; two sons, Tim Ingram and wife, Katie of Dallas, NC and Harvey E. “Skip” Ingram Jr. and wife, Libby of Dallas, NC; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren
Funeral services are planned for 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Harbor Baptist Church, 5801 Old Concord Rd., Charlotte, NC 28213. Friends may visit with the family from 1 to 2 pm on Tuesday at the church.
Burial will take place in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.
