Helen was a very special lady and loved by all.  Prayers go out to the family.

I was so sorry to hear about "cousin" Helen but celebrate her wonderful life and legacy. I will miss her wise words and heartfelt notes, which sometime included fun and unexpected items like grits or sand from the beach! It was always so special seeing her at MP Methodist Church. She was a treasure and blessing to many. My thoughts and prayers are with all the family. Her spirit lives on in our hearts.

Helen was special to many people at Myers Park United Methodist, especially all the members of the Luther Snyder/Ruth Fisher Sunday School Class, for whom she provided flowers for their classroom each Sunday.  She has been special to me ever since I met her at her Hallmark Card Shop in 1982, and she gave me all the envelopes I needed to send invitations to those we were inviting to my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary.  May God's greatest comfort be with all the family, and may your memories of her continue to bring you joy.
