Helen Carter Kepley, "Bob" passed away peacefully September 2, 2020 at Belaire Health Center, She was the daughter of the late Daniel Carter and Mary Joyner Carter, Helen was preceded in death by husband, J.C. Kepley, siblings John Carter, Robert Carter and Kathleen
Hess and grandson Daniel Jay Kepley.
Helen is survived by brother Tootsie Carter of Concord, NC along with sons, Bruce Kepley, wife Beth, Steve Kepley, wife Pat, Angela Kepley Thompson; daughter, husband Tim , Brian Kepley,son and spouse Jorge Laguna,
Helen had four children, 9 Grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She loved her family and friends dearly and was loved by everyone she met.
She was a homemaker, an avid gardener and loved to dance.
The family would like to thank the staff at Bellaire Health Center for their love, compassion and care. Helen loved her CNA Cody Putnam like a son and he was considered a part of our family He gave her exceptional love and care for three years.
