Hugh Victor Jacobs, 67, transitioned Wednesday, January 9, 2019.
Born in Goldsboro, NC on March 13, 1951, Hugh was the son of the late Hugh Loron Jacobs and Lila Barnes Jacobs. He was a veteran serving with the US Navy and retired as an electrical maintenance supervisor at Duke Energy.
Survivors include 4 siblings, Sallie Lewis, Linda Bowman and husband, Marvin, Chester Jacobs and wife, Oreta and Michael Jacobs.
