She graduated and attended Hawthorne School. She was a parishioner at Oak Grove Baptist Church. She enjoyed shopping, fishing, cooking and watching Christian movies. She will be most remembered for her love for the Lord and Family.
Jackie has a son: Tommy and his wife Chanlese Collins; two daughters, Mary Ann and her husband Wayne Dillow and DeeDee and her husband Barry Check; two stepdaughters: Sherry Swilly and Barbara Mullis.
Jackie is survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Jackie is predeceased by her mother, Mary Coley; sister Mary Porter, brother Roy Coley and her first husband Bob Collins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20 from 1:30 - 2:00 pm at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 9000 Mt. Holly Road, Charlotte, NC 28214. Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm, with burial following the service.
