Pat,

My first 3 years at Duke Power were spent as a member of JB's crew. From High Peak to Durham to Oconee, JB took time to teach us to always do our jobs right the first time. He was a friend as well as a supevisor and just "good people." Thank you for sharing JB with us.

JB was a wonderful person to work and someone who taught me alot over the last five years. I will always remember trying to keep up with him when we worked together. JB was always going faster than anyone else and keeping up with him during the day was all but impossible. My family's prayers go out to his family.

Pat,

Jayne and I are so sorry for your loss. JB was my first supervisor at Duke, he was quick to share his vast knowledge and encourage all of us to do our best at every task.
He used to have a sticker on his tool box that said " If you think you can't be replaced put your finger in a cup of water, then pull it out and look at the hole you left behind"
Everyone that knew JB is feeling a large hole that he left behind. I know that with time this will be filled with the many happy memories of times that we shared with him
Our sympathy and prayers are with you and your family.

Pat, I am so sorry to hear about Jim. He is the love of your life and that was evident before but especially on your wedding day. Twenty eight years of true love and companionship is so special but forever could never be long enough. May all those memories the two of you made be of comfort to you now and in the future.

I didn't know Jim personally but was blessed to know and spend time with the Bizzell family. I've always believed James and Evelyn Bizzell were the best people in the world and they never had to say anything; their actions told you everything. Their children are the "good fruit" of this amazing couple and I know, without a doubt, Jim had to be a wonderful man. Nancy, Crissie, Charlie and Pat, God Bless You.

I knew Jim from golf. He played for several years at Pine Island Country Club (though no mention was made his golfing ability) and I'm sure he will be thought of as a student of the game. He practiced long hours and most always walked the course. I was sorry to hear of his passing and my condolences to his family.
