James D. Earnheart

Born on April 29, 1938, in Pineville, North Carolina, James spent his formative years. He went on to serve in the US Army and later went on to have his own businesses. Throughout his career, he was known for his dedication and passion for life.

James was a devoted husband. He loved spending time in his easy chair, sitting beside his wife each day watching their favorite tv shows.

In his free time, James enjoyed metal detecting, arrowhead hunting and collecting coins and various stamps. He was eager to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with others.

James was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church in York, South Carolina and donated to various organizations.

James was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Esther Earnheart of Pineville, North Carolina.

His memory will be cherished by all who knew him. He will be missed so much here on Earth, but we shall see him again in heaven.

A celebration of life will be held in the home of James and Geraldine Earnheart on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 6pm.
