As a pharmacist in Charlotte for many years, I of course knew Jim. He was a warm, friendly, and a gentleman of the highest order. We were the same age so I did relate to him to a degree.
I offer my condolences on your loss.

To Sarah and the East Family,
My sincere sympathy. Jim was in my sales district when I started with Lilly. He was a wonderful mentor and friend to me, even after he retired. I share your sorrow.
