James "Jim" Morrison Sowell, Sr., 90 of Stanley, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, the 8th of July, 2025 at his residence.
A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, the 12th of July, 2025 at Forest Lawn West Cemetery, 4601 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC. He will be laid to rest next to his beloved wife, Clara Mae Sowell, who preceded him in death in July of 2020. He is survived by his four children.
