Janice Holt Lane

Janice was born in Montgomery County lived most of her life in Charlotte. She attended Pheiffer Junior College and Mrs. Hardbarger’s Secretarial School in Raleigh, NC.

She was of Baptist faith and attended various Baptist Church’s in the Charlotte area. She loved music appreciation, concerts, family events and travelling.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Cassandra Lane Conlan, and husband, Edward; Norwood Ronald Lane and wife Gail; Samuel Bryan Lane and wife, Connie; grandsons Dustin Lane and Brian Lane ; great grandchildren, Gracen Lane and Christopher Lane.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Orville Norwood Lane, son, Toby Alan Lane and grandson, Christopher Alan Lane.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm, Tuesday, February 3, 2015 in the Paul Helton Chapel of Forest Lawn West . Interment will follow the service in Forest Lawn West Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
