I just found out about this today and I am so sorry for the loss of Janice.  I remember her well from working with her at the county and she was always so upbeat.  She will be missed.

Dear Mike, Greg, Alan and Aaron,
We want to extend to your family our heartfelt sympathy for you as you grieve the loss of a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.  Our family knew all of you in the early years from elementary school, middle school and even high school. I met Janice when we were room mothers at Devonshire Elementary. Even though it has been years since I have seen her, I remember the lovely person she was and how much she adored her family. We are saddened by your loss and will keep all of you close in our thoughts and prayers.

Mike, I am so sorry for your loss.  I know Janice was welcomed into Jesus' arms as she entered her eternal home.
Of course, you know, I knew Janice from Piedmont.  She was one of the sweetest girls in our group.  I was so happy to see you after you were married.

It has been a long time since we have seen each other.  Hopefully, it won't be as long in the future.  I live in Ohio, so I can't be there to visit.  

Just remember-you and the family will remain in my thoughts and prayers.

The new dance craze called " The Twist" had just hit our teen world when I last visited my cousin, Janice. I remember her arms were going back and forth to a tune in her head...much to the consternation of Aunt Helen.  She was so much fun. I will never forget her giggle. We lost touch, sorry to say, and I was lucky to reconnect via Facebook. Blessings to all of her family. She will be missed.

I remember Janice from my days working at Mecklenburg County.  She was always smiling  and had a kind word for everyone.

   I am very sorry to hear of Janice's passing. I saw the obituary in the paper yesterday. She and I grew up together in Piedmont Courts, she was a dear friend, living 2 doors from me.  She was always a happy, smiling child and a good friend. I went to our reunion for the people of Piedmont Courts and saw her then. We lived on the porch with her Aunt Willie. My family was so sad to hear of the passing of Janice Moore  She was always very friendly and greeted me and my daughter with open arms. There were many things that she was involved with at the church but one area that I saw her love was with the children and their needs. It was always a joy to see her singing in the choir as she was an angelic angel. Though her family, church member's former coworkers and friends may miss her and feel some level of sadness, we must remember that she is with father God, and that she is singing in the heavenly choir.

Thinking and praying for you all. I always remember Janice and how sweet she always was when I saw her at the Gilreath reunions.

Mrs. Moore shined a ray of sunshine upon everyone she met because she was a beautiful person. I have so many wonderful memories of her while growing up and with Mr. Moore and all her children. She will be missed dearly! My thoughts and prayers go out to all her family, sending my love to Mike, Greg, Alan and Aaron. She is definitely walking  gracefully with God and his other Angels smiling down on you all.

Mike, Greg, Allen and Aaron and families.....I am struggling to write this note, having just gone through this myself, but I wanted you all to know how sorry and shocked I am to learn of Janice's passing.......I don't suppose it is EVER easy when we start losing our "peers".......but wanted you to know I wish I could be there for the services, but I will be there in spirit.  If there is ANYTHING I can do for you all....please let me.  Janice was a beautiful friend and sister in the Lord and I know she has already heard those words we all long to hear......."WELL DONE, Good and Faithful Servant"......and I hope by now she has found Buzz since he is a "newbie" there too.....maybe they are strolling the streets of heaven together even. I'm so sorry to hear of Mrs. Moore's passing. She was always very kind and I know she will be missed. Sending our sympathies and prayers.

Janice and I worked together for many years in the Mecklenburg County Public Information Office and I'm so sorry she's gone.  I know she adored her family, was faithful, and was an incredibly nice person.  It was such a pleasure to see her smiling face each day at work.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

I was so sorry to hear about Janice.  She and my husband worked together for a long time. She was really a wonderful person. Please accept my sincerest sympathy.  Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

We first met Janice at Robinson Presbyterian Church. She was the sweetest, kindest person who always had a smile on her face. What a wonderful woman! God doesn't make them any better than Janice!

I visited my sweet cousin, Janice, when she was still living at home with her parents.  All during my growing-up years, I remember thinking that Janice was so beautiful, and if I was lucky, someday I would be that beautiful.  I have beside me a picture of her at 18-20 years old;  She looks EXACTLY the same as she did then.  May God comfort you and bless you all.

Janice was a great childhood friend. We shared so many happy memories. She was so much fun to be around. Janice was my Maid of Honor. I will miss her always. A true friend.
