Jason Alexander Emanuel

Jason, 20, of Charlotte, NC, joined his Heavenly Father on February 26, 2008. He was born on august 11, 1987 in Winston-Salem, NC, but lived the last 19 years of his life in Charlotte, NC. Jason Graduated from Charlotte Christian School in 2006. Jason was a long time member of Carmel Baptist Church.

He was a loving and affectionate son to Chris and Katrina Emanuel, grandson to paternal grandmother Mary Emanuel of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., brother to sisters Samantha Ledford and Alexandria Ledford of Winston-Salem, NC, and was loved by a multitude of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Even though we had Jason for just a short time, we are very thankful for the joy he brought to our lives. He will remain forever in our hearts, and we look forward to the day we will be reunited.

Jason will leave emptiness in the lives of the many friends and family that loved him as well as his two beloved dogs, Tiny and Biscuit that he adored.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at twelve noon at Carmel Baptist Church, 1145 Pineville Matthews Road, Matthews, NC 28105. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn East Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 -8:00pm Monday, March 3, 2008 at McEwen Pineville Chapel.
