Jeanne Dorsett Kendrick, 92, of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, formerly of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away on the Tuesday, the 20th of May, 2025. She was born on the 10th of December, 1932 to the late Anne and Frank Dorsett.
Jeane was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who found joy in the simple pleasures of life and the love of her family.
She is survived by her two children: daughter, Shelia Kendrick O'Konek and her husband, Robert and son, Jon Scott Kendrick and his wife, Sherri. In addition to her children, she was blessed with a large and loving extended family of numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby L. Kendrick, her son, Robert Steven Kendrick, her grandson, Andrew Steven Kendrick; and two sisters: Anne Norton Kendrick and Peggy J. Dobey.
Her legacy of love, faith and family will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
A Graveside Service to celebrate her life will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday the 27th of May, 2025 at Forest Lawn West Cemetery.
