John, when we said good-bye last Friday as you were leaving CCS to drive the mail to the PO, I NEVER, EVER thought it would be the very last time that I would work with - or see you - again.  Oh how I wish I could go back to that day and have a do-over. As much as we joked and kidded around, you know that I really thought a lot of you!  I will most definitely miss working with and laughing with you!  
I was absolutely heartbroken and devastated when I got there Monday and heard the horrific news – I even had to go outside and have a good cry!  BTW, when I came back to my desk, I know that was you telling me "hello" and that you were fine when I felt that tap on my shoulder - only to turn around and see that NO ONE was there!  
God bless you John James.... you were one of a kind, and I will NEVER EVER forget you and the past 8 years that we worked together!

I work with John for the last couple of years at the post office unload his truck every day and you always had a smile always talked about his family and grandkids and never had nothing bad to say about anyone. I'll miss you

John was a real gentleman who always was happy when he delivered to the Postal Serviice for more than ten years that I saw him.  He will be greatly missed by those at the L&DC Postal Facility who knew him.  God Bless John and his family.

Although I've only known JJ for a few months he will be greatly missed. He was kind and always lended a helping hand. Family, just know he is your guardian angel watching over you. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of needs

Having known JJ for the past 8 years, I can truly say he was an amazing man! Always smiling and always willing to lend a hand. That was him in a nut shell! JJ was not only my employee, but my brother and my friend. Although I will miss him at every moment, I rejoice in the fact that someday, I will see him again. Rest brother, in the arms of our Father!

I am so sorry for your loss.  We at CCS were really blessed by John James (that is what we always called him - I never said John or heard someone just say John - it was always John James).  He was very dedicated to CCS and we appreciate so much his work ethic and how well he did his job.  We have certainly lost one of our family as well.
