Joline L Harwell

Joline Letchworth Harwell, 81, of Charlotte, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2017 at The Crossings at Steele Creek Assisted Living. She was born August 17, 1935 in Kinston, NC and was the daughter of Pauline Wynne Letchworth and James Lee Letchworth. Mrs. Harwell attended Charlotte Piedmont Junior High and graduated Class of 1953 from Central High School. In her younger years, Mrs. Harwell worked for Aetna Insurance Co. and Master Builders Construction Company of Charlotte. She is survived by her daughter, Teresa H> Helfenberger of Mint Hill, grandson John R. Helfenberger of Mint Hill; her daughter, Victoria H. Corwin (husband Robert A. Corwin) of Charlotte, grandson James A. Corwin of Charlotte; a sister, Mrs. Sandra Lee Hearn of Williamston, NC, and a brother, Jim Letchworth of Austin, Texas. Visitation will be on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 11:00 to1:00, followed by a graveside service at 1:00pm. All of the services will take place at Forest Lawn West, 4601 Freedom Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208.
