I just learned last night that my friend, Joyce, passed away. I was shocked and saddened. Having just re-connected with her on Facebook, Joyce and I graduated from East Rutherford High School and attended Isothermal Community College together. She was a very sweet person, very caring, and always smiling! My sincere condolences to all her family. Thinking of you with prayer.

I have known Joyce my entire life and I will cherish my memories of her. She was a loving, caring person who had the ability to make everyone who interacted with her feel completely "at home". Joyce was like an aunt to me. I'll always remember the family cruises, the countless dinners at the Olive Garden, pool days, and talks about Iran since she was always fascinated about Mosen's home country. I'm so happy she was able to visit Iran and I remember her discussing her excitement with me about going before she left and how much she loved it when she came back. She will be missed by all that knew her.

My dearest cousin joyce . in so glad to have been a part of your life. growin up things were so simple and worry free. I think poison ivy was the worse we ever got into; You will be missed so much but i know ur in heaven and ur watchin over us now. god bless us with you and god blessed you when he took you home' I know he has big plans for you cause you are his lil angel now'so i will always love and miss you but i know your in a good place .so everytime the wind blows i know you are there and when the sun shines i know you are smiling.And when it rains i know youre cryin for us. Prayers and Thoughts and Love for the Family

My Dear Sweet Joyce,You have been my best friend for over 30 years! You mean so much to me,and your family is a treasure. I know,without a doubt,that Our Father,the Lord,will say,"Well done;my good and faithful servant." You have ,always,loved without conditions, and cried with those who cried and laughed with those who laughed. How could ,anyone,forget that laugh. You could make me laugh,when no one else could. My heart is in pieces,but I know,we will be together,soon. Mosen,Emily,Elliott,and Evan;I will be praying for you daily.You were so blessed to have a wonderful, mother and wife, and she loved you so very much.Myra and Janet, Joyce ,always, told me that you were great sisters,and that you would  do, anything, for her.Mr. and Mrs. Lookadoo, I have never seen such devoted parents to all of you girls. I know,for sure,that you walked this walk,with your precious daughter. She was just not an ordinary person,she was a gift,to all who knew her.

I will miss Joyce so much. She suffered for so long; however, she was such an inspiration of hope and the love of Christ emitted from her spirit.   We all kept waiting for her to return to our Sunday School class, but God had other plans and His plans are perfect.  Joyce is with Jesus now and in no more pain.   My prayers are with Mosen, Elliot, Emily and Evan and all her precious family.
