

Kelley Ann Cashion Longshore, age 43, devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend, left this life to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ, Tuesday, April 26, 2011; at her home in Iron Station with her family by her side. She flew away to be free of cancer and pain. Kelley’s strong faith carried her through her difficult journey. She was born September 8, 1967, in Charlotte, to Tommy and Ann Cashion.
Kelley was a graduate of West Mecklenburg High School, attended NC State University and graduated from Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing. She worked with her husband in his business and was a R.N. with CMC Lincoln County Healthy at Home.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by
her devoted husband, Jerold Longshore, daughters, Jesse, Jamie and Jolee Longshore, of the home; brother, Kevin Cashion of Pumpkin Center, NC; mother-in-law, Joanne Longshore, of Rock Hill, SC, and several nieces and nephews.
A service to celebrate Kelley’s life will be held at Paw Creek Presbyterian Church, 7400 Mt. Holly Road, Charlotte, NC. Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 11:00 AM. with Rev. Gary Bryant, and Rev. Robert Wensil officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, April 29, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. at Paw Creek Presbyterian Church, Christian Fellowship Center. Interment will be in the church cemetery following the service.
