Kenneth "Ken" Wayne Springs Sr.

Kenneth “Ken” W. Springs, Sr., 79, of Charlotte, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Accordius Health at Gastonia. Born September 12, 1942 in Mecklenburg County, he was the son of the late Charles and Jean (Moore) Springs.

Ken was retired truck driver who enjoyed fishing, camping and NASCAR.

He is survived by his children, Marilyn (Tony) Nakhle, Angel (Walt) Brown and Wayne (Debbie) Springs; brothers, Charlie and Johnny Springs; sister Jeanne Springs; grandchildren, Chris Nakhle, Nick Nakhle, Stacey Honeycutt, Lauren McClellan, Anna Cox, Joseph Springs, Josh Springs and Jeffrey Springs; great-grandchildren, John Michael Honeycutt, Walker Honeycutt, Vanna Cox, Jace McClellan, Hayzel Springs, Ivvey Springs, Memphis Springs and Stetson Springs.

In addition to his parents, Ken was preceded in death by his ex-wife, Linda; a special friend, Glenda and a great-grandson, Kenneth Wayne Springs III.
