

He grew up traveling with his mother, military father and family of six siblings. Kyle’s siblings were his best friends during these years and beyond. He graduated from Keyport High school and joined the Air Force where he served our Country from stations in Saudi Arabia and Germany supporting communications networks.
After the military, he continued working in technology information systems for several of the world’s top financial institutions. In 2006, Kyle relocated to Charlotte where he lived with his family for nearly 20 years. He retired as Vice President of Securities Trading Technology Infrastructure from Wells Fargo.
Kyle loved spending time with his children; tinkering, building or renovating anything, and enjoyed a good nap. He was famous for making homemade chocolate chip cookies which were always labeled the best batch yet (BBY).
He is predeceased by his father, Frederick Tibbetts, mother, Elizabeth Tibbetts, siblings Steve Tibbetts, David Tibbetts and Kerry Tibbetts. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn (Pistana) Tibbetts, daughter, Samantha Marina Tibbetts, son, Kyle Spencer Tibbetts, his sister Kim (Joe) Deely, brothers, Frederick and Paul Tibbetts along with many nieces and nephews.
