Lavilla Marie Bender

Born September 21, 1922 in Bloomer, Wisconsin she was the daughter of the late Edward Bos and Etta Belle Bos (Smith).

Lavilla was a loving mother and grandmother. Her greatest joy was her family. She married Warren Earl Bender as a war bride towards the end of World War II while he was home on leave. She loved to play the piano and was a loving, devoted grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter, Davidene M. Bender of Charlotte NC; two grandchildren, Cory Enwall of Phoenix, AZ and Erik Enwall of Charleston, SC.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Warren E Bender; one son, Larry W Bender; along with two brothers, one sister, and both her mother and her father.

A private family celebration of her life will be held March 17th at McEwen Funeral Service-Pineville Chapel.
