Lieu Phan was born in Vietnam March 12, 1936 and died in Charlotte November 23, 2013. There will be a family visitation at McEwen Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Rd on Friday, November 29th from 7 pm to 9 pm, and a memorial service at St. Joseph Vietnamese Catholic Church, 4929 Sandy Porter Rd Saturday November 30th at 10 am. Burial will be at Crown Memorial Park.
