Linda Nell Crowe

Linda Nell Crowe, age 76, of Butner, NC, died on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at her residence. Linda was born in Lincolnton, NC and was the youngest daughter of Lucy Weaver Houser Crowe and Elijah W. Crowe. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Crowe Ounallah. Linda is survived by her sisters Barbara Heavner of Henderson, NC and Alice Whelchel of Gaffney, SC; nieces Melissa Kruger of Henderson,NC, Melanie Cannon of Charlotte, NC and Anita Poston of Currituck, NC as well as the staff and residents of Murdoch Developmental Center. A funeral service will be held at McEwen Funeral Service at Sharon Memorial Park, Charlotte, NC on Friday, January 27, 2023 at 2:00 pm. Visitation will precede the service starting at 1pm.
