Lola had a beautiful free spirit whose interests were varied and eclectic. She was an excellent cook, artist, and musician. She loved brisk cool weather and loved the coming of autumn. She gardened and landscaped throughout her life and created many beautiful places for herself and others to enjoy. She loved the sound of the rain and could sit and listen to it for hours. She enjoyed “visiting” (sitting down, talking and having a pot of tea). Her imagination and creativity were boundless.
Lola had an unwavering faith in God. She was a talented musician and especially loved the piano. Her music interests were varied as she could be found listening and singing to bluegrass, hymns or opera. She had a love for the beautiful things in life. She was a good friend and was loved immensely. She will be missed.
Lola is survived by her son Ian and his wife Lisa, son Ethan and wife Charissa, and son Isaac and wife Kelly. Nana is survived by eight grandchildren, Avery, Mia, Ella, Liam, Gabriel, Amelia, Cian and Brigh.
Her son and daughter-in-law, Isaac and Kelly, lovingly cared for her the last months of her life. The family gives them and everyone else who cared for Lola their greatest gratitude.
