Born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Long Island, New York, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bertram E. Wallace who served in World War II. Also, by her son, Roy E. Wallace and her precious granddaughter, Alicia May Goodwin.
She will be lovingly remembered by her inspiring poems of faith, her crocheted blankets, her home-baked cookies and her love for gardening.
Lorraine had a certificate in horticulture and her favorite place was in the garden where she often spent time in prayer.
She leaves behind her daughters Sally E. Tolentino, Patty E. Wallace, Laurie M. Connolly and her son David E. Wallace.
She also leaves behind 13 loving grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

A private graveside service will be held for family members.
