Wiley was my friend and fellow employee at Duke Power...he loved the Lord, family, and friends...he was truly a giving and caring person. For years he collected old appliances, TV's, etc.--rebuilt them and gave to seniors and the needy--he gave the same way in his employment at Duke.. The world in much better because of his life, and he will share his talents with many others in Heaven!!! Blessed be the Lord!!!!
